About Poste
Poste is a technical partner for filmmakers and production teams. We come from production, post and systems engineering, so the technology we recommend has to work outside the spec sheet.
When the technology disappears into the work, the people making it can stay focused on what matters.
Nearly 20 years of change
We started when film still came through the lab. Since then, we’ve worked through digital cinema, DIT, file-based post and connected production systems. Every shift changed the tools. The job stayed the same: protect the work and keep the production moving.

Founder · Production + Post
Alexander has worked in production and post for nearly two decades, beginning in film labs and spending more than a decade at leading post houses. His credits include The Queen’s Gambit, Beasts of the Southern Wild, Love Is Blind and 12 Years a Slave. He has worked on location in multiple countries and served as Post Supervisor on features including AMC/Shudder’s History of Evil.

Hunter brings 15 years of experience across independent and studio-level production. His work spans camera department, DIT and post, with credits including Renfield, Roller Jam and Big Shark. He understands what the technology has to do on set, and what has to happen after the footage leaves it.
Lead Engineer · Systems + Workflow
Scott brings more than 20 years of technical and media-systems experience across broadcast, archive and production infrastructure. At Poste, he leads systems and workflow integration, including the facility planning and technical discovery that happen long before equipment is ordered. He starts with how a team actually works, then designs the storage, networking and media-management systems underneath it.

Sales Account Manager
Jenika brings nearly a decade of hands-on film production experience to Poste, beginning in special effects makeup before expanding into production and crew leadership. She has worked as a 1st Assistant Director and indie feature producer, and serves as Director of Public Relations for the Baton Rouge Underground Film Festival. Her experience also extends to live broadcast, with work for ESPN, College GameDay, SEC Nation and major Super Bowl events.
Sales Account Manager
Laura brings a filmmaker’s perspective to the sales team, with hands-on experience as a producer, director and cinematographer. She understands equipment decisions from the production side because she has had to make those decisions herself. At Poste, she helps clients turn what they are trying to accomplish into a clear path forward.
Sales Account Manager
Pedro brings production-management experience to Poste, including work as a UPM and producer. He understands the practical side of getting a production moving, where equipment decisions have to make sense against schedules, logistics and the realities of the job. That perspective informs how he works with Poste clients.
